St.Francis D'Assisi Umsiang is situated in Ri-Bhoi District of Meghalaya bordering Assam's Jagiroad, Morigaon District. The easiest way to reach this place is via Topatoli, Assam, taking the Umsiang-Mawhati-Umsning Road. Though the road is a bit winding round the hills, it is gravelled and well maintained.
